PRIVACY POLICY - PROFIMAX
(MAYA GROUP)
This Privacy Policy supplements the General Conditions of Use (GTU) of ProfiMax. Its purpose is to inform users and clients about the manner in which MAYA GROUP collects, uses, and protects their personal data, in compliance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data in Morocco.
The personal data controller is MAYA GROUP, SARL AU, with its headquarters at 16 rue Ibn El Benna, Mohammed VI Business Center, 40020 Marrakech, Morocco.

MAYA GROUP collects data strictly necessary to provide the ProfiMax service:
2.1. ACCOUNT DATA (PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT)
- Identity: First name, last name of the legal representative or users.
- Contact details: Professional email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Professional info: Corporate name, ICE, RC, Tax ID (IF).
2.2. USAGE AND CONNECTION DATA
- IP addresses, connection logs, browser type, session duration.
- Actions performed on the software (creation of invoices, editing of files, etc.).
2.3. PAYMENT DATA
Payments are processed by our partner Payzone (Vantage Payment Systems). MAYA GROUP does not store full credit card details on its own servers. Only transaction tokens or partial information may be retained for subscription management.
3.1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
The client may cancel their subscription at any time via their client account or by written request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further automatic debit will be made after the cancellation takes effect.
3.2. REFUND POLICY
Once a paid subscription has been successfully activated, the fees paid are generally not refundable.
Fees already paid for a current billing period will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis in case of early cancellation.
Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:
- Duly confirmed duplicate billing.
- Technical billing errors.
- Unauthorized debits.
- When a refund is required by applicable law.
Any refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the debit and must include the relevant payment information.
Data processing is based on the following legal grounds:

The collected data is intended for authorized internal departments of MAYA GROUP. It may be transmitted to the following third-party providers:
- Hosting Provider: Servers located in Germany (for technical storage).
- Payment Provider: Payzone (for transaction management).
- Authorities: Only if a legal provision or a judicial decision requires it.
Data processed by ProfiMax is hosted on secure servers located in the Netherlands (Holland). In compliance with Law 09-08, this transfer was the subject of a prior declaration request filed with the CNDP.
- Account Data: Retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.
- After Cancellation: Data is archived for a period of 5 years to meet legal (accounting and tax) obligations and for evidentiary purposes in case of disputes, before permanent deletion.
- Prospecting Data: Retained for 3 years after the last contact.
MAYA GROUP implements strict technical and organizational measures to guarantee data confidentiality and integrity:
- Use of SSL/TLS encryption protocol.
- Regular database backups.
- Strict access control to servers.
In accordance with Law 09-08, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: Obtain confirmation that your data is processed and receive a copy.
- Right of rectification: Request the update of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to object: Object for legitimate reasons to the processing of your data.
- Right to deletion: Request the erasure of data (subject to legal retention requirements).

The ProfiMax software uses technical cookies essential for the user session's operation. Analytical cookies (e.g., audience measurement) may be used subject to your consent expressed via the cookie banner during your first connection.
We also use the following third-party tools for analytics and tracking (subject to your consent):
- Meta Pixel: for ad conversion tracking.
- Google Analytics: for traffic and audience measurement.
- PostHog: for behavioral analytics and improving the user experience.
MAYA GROUP reserves the right to modify this policy to reflect technical or legislative developments. Users will be informed via platform notifications or email.
